Deliver concessions, kitchen, and bar items to guests while ensuring orders are correct, complete, and served simultaneously with high quality. Guide guests through the menu, suggest promotions and upsells, and clean auditoriums by removing dishes, trash, and providing managers with found items. Assist team members by scanning tickets, checking restrooms, ringing up guests, and navigating complaints or projection issues by communicating with management. Complete all opening, mid, and closing procedures while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced theater environment. Available nights, holidays, and weekends with ServSafe and Alcohol training certifications required.
