Runner

Runners are the glue that holds our service together. Deliver concessions items, kitchen items, and bar items to guests including utensils, sauces, and napkins while embodying Nice and Amazing Service by following all In Seat Dining procedures. Work closely with expediter to ensure all food is delivered simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion. Guide guests through the menu and suggest promotions, add-ons, or upselling, demonstrating knowledge of menu and Cinépolis offerings if guests would like to order more items. Clean auditoriums removing all dishes, trash, and providing managers with any found items. Be of service to your team members and assist them when needed including scanning tickets for guests, cleaning and restroom checks, and ringing up guests at concessions or box office. Navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to proper resource if unable to assist. Be cognizant of issues with movie projections-communicating with management when issues arise. Complete all opening, mid and closing procedures. Attend and participate in trainings and meetings. The position requires strong attention to detail, hospitality, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment, with availability during nights, holidays and weekends.
