Job Summary
Clean tables, reset dining areas, and refill water glasses while ensuring food is delivered quickly and correctly. Assist servers by bringing out dishes, restocking utensils, and managing dining room needs. Perform opening, running, and closing side work to maintain seamless guest experiences in a fast-paced, VIP-driven environment. Maintain a sense of urgency while handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Requires ability to stand for eight-hour shifts, lift 25-50 pounds, and work inside and outside venues based on business volumes.
Required Qualifications
- Must have an exceptional personality and hospitality driven attitude
- Must be polished, professional, friendly, dynamic and able to multitask
- Must be a highly organized individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks at a time
- Able to take initiative in a VIP driven and guest service focused environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Maintains a 'sense of urgency' attitude for the completion of responsibilities/tasks
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight (8)-hour shift
- Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend climb and carry objects as necessary
- Must be able to lift and carry 25-50 pounds
- Must be able to work inside and outside at all times of the year as needed, based upon business volumes
- Must be able to provide documentation that shows you are authorized to work in the United States
- Minimum of one (1) years relevant experience in high-end, service-focused environment
- ANSI approved Food Handler Card
- Responsible Beverage Service certificate recognized by the ABC
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer a minimum of one (1) year experience in a contemporary dining restaurant
