Job Summary
Independent operator opportunity to take over and run an existing coffee bar within Frameworks Berlin’s gallery space. Build and run your own coffee concept, including menu and pricing, while handling daily service, prep, cleanliness, sourcing, and stock. Promote your offering via social media and your network, creating a strong presence inside the space, and support simple to-go checkouts when needed. This role emphasizes ownership and self-directed management rather than traditional employment, with income tied to your own sales. Location is Berlin, with in-person operations and flexible hours; no fixed salary is provided and earnings come from performance.
Required Qualifications
- Real experience in a coffee shop (you’ve worked behind the machine, not just “interested in coffee”)
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you want to run something, not be managed
- Strong self-initiative and reliability
- Existing audience or proven ability to drive attention (social media preferred)
- Comfortable working independently and taking full responsibility
