Job Summary
Ruminant Technical Support Manager responsible for supporting nutrition, research, and commercial teams by synthesizing relevant research, developing technical materials, and providing data-driven insights to improve animal health, production efficiency, and farm profitability. The role involves study design, monitoring and interpretation of data, advancement of internal lab/field tools, and collaboration across technical and commercial stakeholders. Key duties include summarizing industry developments, evaluating performance trends, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains, supporting adoption of new technologies and analytics tools, and enhancing production- and performance-data reporting to drive customer success and business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Animal Science or related field preferred
- Experience in animal nutrition, production systems, or applied research
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
