Job Summary
Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests; set tables according to event type and service standards; answer questions on menu selections; communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability; record transactions in MICROS at the time of order; check in with guests to ensure satisfaction; maintain cleanliness of work areas; complete closing duties including restocking and lights; present and process payment; follow safety and company policies; maintain professional appearance and confidentiality; build positive working relationships, support team goals, and address guest needs; read and verify information; stand for long periods; handle lifting and moving of items; comply with training and certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience
- License or Certification: None
