Job Summary
Rug Assistant in Oklahoma City, full-time, safety sensitive-driving role. Assists rug sales associates in the selling process by flipping rugs for pattern viewing, loading and unloading rugs from vehicles, and occasionally traveling with a Sales Associate to customers’ homes to present rugs. Maintains a clean, well-presented rug department, helps keep furniture and accessories neatly displayed, and provides customer service by assisting with loading purchased merchandise. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, valid driver’s license with limited violations, strong communication, merchandise handling knowledge, and adherence to safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Driver’s license with no more than 2 traffic violations or 1 chargeable accident in past three years
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs
- Effective communication with team members
- Knowledge of merchandise handling procedures
- Knowledge of safety procedures
