Job Summary
Rubber Specialist at Applied Industrial Technologies focusing on training, implementing, and executing rubber product and conveyor belt marketing programs. Collaborates with Account Managers and customers to assess rubber product/conveyor needs, coordinates initiatives with Service Centers and Regional Managers, delivers presentations and trainings, conducts joint sales calls, and supports growth through vendor development and product rollouts. Requires 3+ years in conveyor belt sales/service or related field, strong communication, ability to read technical drawings, and willingness to travel; HS diploma or equivalent required. Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of proven technical lightweight conveyor belt sales and service experience OR belt service, fabrication, installation experience
- Ability to read/understand technical drawings
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to travel 1-3 nights per month
- Strong English communication skills
- Training or presentation experience, a plus
