Rubber Process Engineer

Job Summary
Partner with the Rubber Engineering Team to develop, test, and improve rubber compounds that meet customer and business requirements. Support manufacturing operations by identifying process improvements, troubleshooting production issues, and driving sustainable solutions. Work directly with operators, technicians, and supervisors on the shop floor to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity. Collaborate with customers, laboratories, quality teams, and suppliers to ensure successful product development and launches. Lead or support continuous improvement projects focused on reducing waste, minimizing defects, and improving manufacturing performance. Help establish process flows, manufacturing standards, and project timelines for new products and process improvements. Analyze manufacturing data and implement engineering solutions that enhance product quality, delivery performance, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
- Materials Science or related engineering disciplines
- 5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing, process engineering, materials engineering, or a related field
