Job Summary
Seats guests, manages seating charts, and monitors dining flow to handle high volumes efficiently. Input accurate reservations and guest requests into the digital system while assisting with online ordering and kiosk transactions. Greet guests, answer phones with cheerful introductions, and respond to inquiries in a timely, friendly manner. Ensure to-go food transport is complete and clean, take or refill non-alcoholic beverage orders, and maintain a safe, well-stocked environment. Assist servers and bussers by clearing, wiping, and resetting tables as needed. Perform opening and closing duties, work at various venues based on business needs, and maintain knowledge of the menu, specials, and casino policies.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to successfully achieve Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications within 90 days
- The ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information
- The ability to interact with guests and team members professionally
- The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Team member must be able to operate a personal computer
- Team member must wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing job duties
- Team member must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 25 pounds on a regular basis and up to 50 pounds occasionally, with assistance
Desired Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of related experience are preferred
