Job Summary
Inter-Carrier Connectivity & Roaming Strategy Planning and Execution: monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and formulate connectivity/roaming strategy; evaluate and drive adoption of optimal models to improve service quality, reduce costs, and maximize revenue; identify and select domestic and international carrier connectivity/roaming partners. Business Negotiation & Contract Execution: negotiate commercial terms, coordinate technical requirements, finalize contracts with domestic and international operators; lead win-win agreement formation; draft/review contracts with legal. Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with network, service development, legal, and finance; share updates and incorporate into strategy. Required Qualifications: 5+ years in business planning/development/PM; English and Japanese proficiency; strong communication and presentation skills; ability to analyze complex commercial/technical requirements for negotiations; proficiency with PowerPoint/Excel/Word. Desired Qualifications: experience in inter-carrier connectivity or roaming in telecom; experience with contract execution and alliance building; basic mobile network knowledge; ability to conduct business in English with foreign companies; sales experience; proactive ownership mindset. Location: Tokyo, Setagaya-ku (Futako-Tamagawa Rise Office). Additional notes: TOEIC 800+ or equivalent English qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in business planning, business development, or project management
- Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese
- Strong communication and presentation skills (ability to coordinate with diverse internal and external stakeholders)
- Logical thinking skills to understand complex commercial models and technical requirements and leverage them in negotiations
- Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
