Job Summary
RTR Specialist I to support global Finance operations and core Record-to-Report (RTR) activities. Responsibilities include executing core RTR accounting activities, posting manual and recurring journal entries, processing salary uploads and payroll accounting support (US & Canada benefits), intercompany accounting and reconciliations, month-end close activities (accruals, revaluations, closing tasks), preparing reports and balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing BS and P&L variances and recommending corrective actions, clearing suspense accounts, coordinating audits and statutory reporting, and collaborating with Controlling, Reporting, Customer Service, Sales, and other stakeholders. Requires IFRS experience, strong controls, and adherence to corporate guidelines. Onsite role at corporate office in Insurgentes Sur, CDMX, with full English fluency and strong analytical/communication skills; ideal candidate has ERP experience (SAP), ADP is a plus, and a team-focused, detail-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in accounting, AP, AR, Cash, or similar finance roles
- Educational background in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Experience with ADP is a plus
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday in Insurgentes Sur
