Job Summary
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, prepare and analyze periodic reporting (MISAL, ALSIS), prepare intra-group matching reporting (IFRS), compile statutory closing information, prepare forecast reporting, perform account reconciliation, book journals and cost allocations, handle fixed assets in ERP, ensure data accuracy, support audits, and drive process improvements within RTR. Requires 2-4 years in General Ledger, English fluency, ERP/Excel proficiency, and a finance/accounting degree; iScala knowledge is a plus. Location: Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in General Ledger area in SSC/BPO
- Practical knowledge of accounting processes and rules
- Strong Analytical skills including forecasting and problem solving
- Proficient in English communication (verbal and written)
- Excellent communication and numeric skills with attention to detail
- MS Office, especially Excel
- Degree in Finance/Accounting or related fields is an advantage
- iScala knowledge is a plus
