RTR Accounting Specialist

Job Summary
RTR Accounting Specialist needed to manage and analyze accounting activities including general ledger, project/government accounting, and month- and quarter-end close; support budgeting/forecasting, variances, and internal controls while enabling audits and process improvements. Responsibilities include preparing ledger entries, documenting policies/procedures, conducting financial analysis of costs, revenues, and commitments, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Requires SAP/EPM/ERP proficiency, advanced Excel, and strong English communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Experience performing month-end and quarter-end close activities
- Advanced English proficiency
- Advanced degree in Accounting or a related field
- Experience working with ERP systems SAP experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
