Job Summary
RTR Lead Accountant role in Poland focusing on Record to Report responsibilities: acting as first contact for RTR activities, preparing manual ad-hoc journal entries and corrected entries, performing balance sheet analyses and reconciliations, reviewing VAT/WHT and local regulatory reports, and supporting transfer pricing documentation and external audits. Requires several years of accounting experience with RTR processes, strong analytical skills, independence, and a commitment to internal controls and process improvement. Locations include Kazun Nowy and Warsaw, Poland, with in-person work expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Accountant with several years of relevant experience
- Expertise in Record to Report (RTR) processes, including month-end closing and financial reporting
- Experience in managing audits and ensuring compliance with internal controls and risk management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills focused on accuracy and continuous process improvement
