Job Summary
RTO Specialist needed to support day-to-day operations of a Registered Training Organisation within WesTrac’s People & Culture team. Responsibilities include keeping training schedules on track, managing documentation to support RTO compliance, assisting audits and reporting requirements, and serving as the go-to contact for RTO/apprenticeship queries. Collaborates with trainers, leaders, and external partners to drive improvements in processes and compliance. Ideal candidates have experience in an RTO or training environment, strong organisational and multitasking abilities, knowledge of VET compliance, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. This is a hands-on, varied role focused on maintaining compliant training operations and supporting stakeholders across the business.
