Job Summary
RTH Production Associate (1st shift) at Home Chef required to follow SOP/BP, perform labeling, portioning ingredients, and meal bagging to meet production targets in a fast-paced food-production environment. Responsibilities include packaging tasks, GMP/PPE compliance (safety goggles, blue aprons, white sleeves, protective footwear), reporting damages or foreign materials, adhering to recipes and instructions for ingredient proportions, contributing improvement ideas to RTH leadership, and executing general production tasks as needed. Must be detail-oriented, maintain a clean workspace, and work with supervision (Line Lead/Team Lead) to achieve shipping and production goals. Emphasis on safety, SQF compliance, and teamwork. Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma preferred but not required
- 6+ months of production/warehouse environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with others as a team
- Must follow GMP and PPE standards
- Must be able to perform labeling, portioning, and meal bagging tasks as directed
- Must report damages, missing parts or foreign materials
- Must follow all recipes/instructions to create compounds in correct proportions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to transition between tasks as needed
