Job Summary
Lead and facilitate ART ceremonies including PI Planning, ART Syncs, and Inspect & Adapt events to drive execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives. Manage program risks, dependencies, and impediments while ensuring alignment between portfolio priorities, roadmaps, and delivery execution. Provide executive-ready reporting on program health, PI objectives, and value realization to support informed decision-making. Partner with Product Management, Architecture, and Delivery Teams to foster Lean-Agile practices and enable adoption of tools like Jira and Azure DevOps. This role supports enterprise transformation efforts through Agile coaching and organizational alignment within a Fortune 10 healthcare company.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 12+ years of experience in Program Management, Agile Delivery, Enterprise Transformation, or related leadership roles
- 4+ years of people management experience
- Leadership experience, managing teams of Scrum Masters and Outside Service Workers
- Experience building, developing, and retaining high performing teams in Agile delivery
- 5+ years supporting Agile Release Trains or large-scale Agile delivery organizations
- Strong knowledge of SAFe, Lean-Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Proven experience managing large-scale programs, cross-functional dependencies, risks, and stakeholder relationships
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Power BI, and enterprise delivery reporting tools
- Strong facilitation, communication, analytical, and executive stakeholder management skills
- SAFe RTE, SPC 5.5 or higher and PMP required
