Job Summary
The RTD/Malt Brand Manager is responsible for managing the strategic direction and growth of Fedway Associates’ Ready-to-Drink (RTD) and flavored malt beverage (FMB) portfolio in the New Jersey market. This role involves developing and executing brand and marketing plans, managing supplier relationships and pricing structures, conducting quarterly business reviews, and driving sales strategy and execution with sales management and district teams. The manager will collaborate with marketing teams to create localized campaigns and oversee trade events to enhance consumer engagement. Required skills include a strong understanding of alcohol distribution systems, analytical expertise, and excellent communication abilities. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration and three to five years of relevant experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of the three-tier alcohol distribution system
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and analytical platforms (VIP, Power BI)
- Ability to work cross-functionally and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of New Jersey ABC laws and compliance standards
- Prior experience in a wholesale beverage alcohol environment required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in RTD, hard seltzer, or flavored malt beverage categories
- Multi-category (wine, spirits, and beer) experience
