RTD Engineer, Mill Lining

Job Summary
RTD Engineer responsible for developing new mill lining products, solutions and concepts with a focus on safety, sustainability, cost and performance; improving existing products and processes, planning and documenting field tests, providing project-specific details to product standards, supporting market transfer and collaborating with rubber, Poly-Met and metallic supply chains; opportunity to travel within Sweden and internationally; role combines technical development with project management and reports to the Director of Research and Technology Development.
Required Qualifications
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience from related products
- Experience in leading or contributing to development projects
- High degree of creativity and innovation
- General IPR knowledge
- General mining process knowledge including related equipment
- Fluent English, spoken and written
