Job Summary
RTA Teacher responsible for delivering instruction to assigned classes using state and local programs, developing lesson plans and instructional materials, providing individualized and small group instruction, translating lesson plans into effective learning experiences, establishing classroom behavior standards, evaluating student progress, communicating with parents, creating a safe, engaging learning environment with displays and learning centers, identifying student needs and coordinating with other staff on IEP and GSSP plans, maintaining records, and participating in professional development and faculty activities.
