RT Vent - Field

Field Respiratory Therapist ventilator-support delivering care to ventilator-dependent patients in home and alternate care settings. Core duties include ventilator management and clinical assessments, discharge planning, patient and caregiver education on equipment, accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with physicians and care teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes outside the hospital. Strong communication, technical aptitude with clinical systems, and ability to participate in on-call rotation are required.
