Job Summary
Conduct daily safety meetings and lead rope access field assignments while managing Safe Work Plans, rescue protocols, and operational documentation. Safeguard team members by enforcing site permits, lock-out/tag-out procedures, and hazard mitigation strategies during every job assignment. Provide leadership through performance feedback, training, and team morale support while resolving operational concerns with project managers. Maintain Level I or II Rope Access Technician certification and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and work instructions. Complete required training assignments on time and meet strict attendance standards for the 5-6 week temporary project starting September 2026 on a 4x10 schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 40 Hour Radiation Safety Certification
- Level I or II Rope Access Technician (SPRAT or IRATA) certification
- High school graduate or GED
- Valid driver's license within the state of primary residence, without restrictions
- Ability to effectively use technology including but not limited to computers and communication devices
- Strong competency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Capability of basic technology troubleshooting and proper use of communication tools
- Must be available for weekend shifts (4x10 Schedule)
