RSR101 - Retail Associate

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to consumer questions regarding product features, benefits, and availability; engage with consumers to understand their needs and demonstrate merchandise. Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; retrieve merchandise from the sales floor or stock room and stock shelves. Perform all required cash register transactions efficiently and accurately, including sales, returns, exchanges, and connecting consumers to the loyalty program. Contribute to store profitability by receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing incoming and outgoing product flow. Requires 2 years of experience, POS system skills, and ability to work in an active environment lifting up to 40 lbs. Flexible retail schedule available.
