Job Summary
Retail Service Representative in the Central North Carolina region focused on delivering strong customer service for delivery partners and customers. Responsibilities include processing complex orders with 100% accuracy from intake to filing, updating the customer management system, clarifying, diagnosing, and resolving order issues, creating packets or materials for the sales fulfillment process, preparing customer correspondence, identifying and implementing ways to improve overall service, communicating order fulfillment information to internal delivery partners, and providing feedback. May administer programs (e.g., customer referral program), train others in office/customer service processes, and may create purchase orders or process payments/receipts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 1-3 years' work experience to include order processing work
- Demonstrated word processing, spreadsheet and general computer skills
- Strong phone etiquette & verbal skills to facilitate problem resolution
- Intermediate writing skills
- Able to determine customer needs and assist in resolving issues for assigned area
- Knowledge of products/services
