Job Summary
Provide Signature Service customer service to homeowners by serving as the single point of contact throughout their project. Create and maintain job files, schedule technical measures and installation dates, and send post-installation surveys. Partner with sales representatives to resolve paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, and jobs in progress. Transition to a hybrid schedule of two remote days and three in-office days at Murrysville after completing training.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Solid and accurate data entry skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Competency in Microsoft Office software
- High attention to detail and organization abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage simultaneous tasks
- 2 days remote (work from home)
- 3 days in the office (Murrysville)
