Job Summary
Lead the Store Leadership Team by providing direction to supervisors and associates, executing plans to enhance productivity, and assisting with hiring, training, and coaching staff. Maintain inventory levels through replenishment and shrink control while addressing store sales, safety, and personnel development issues. Serve as a role model to cultivate a collaborative environment and ensure performance standards are met. Requires 5+ years of experience, POS system proficiency, and ability to work in an active, physical environment with a flexible retail schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in position or specialization
- Skill operating a Point of Sales (POS) system, other in-store computerized systems, and telephone
- Ability to use judgment to identify and resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with others
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, which may change seasonally and in response to location-specific business trends or forecasts
- Ability to constantly move about
- Ability to adjust/moving items weighing up to 40 lbs
- Ability to use specialized equipment
- Ability to work in a place
Desired Qualifications
