Job Summary
Greet and assist customers in renting vehicles based on their preferences, process rental agreements accurately, and promote additional products to meet sales targets. Inspect vehicles before and after rental periods, detail and clean them to business standards, and refuel and transport cars as needed. Address customer inquiries promptly with a service-first approach while maintaining knowledge of current promotions and products. Work on a rotating shift roster including weekends and public holidays. Valid Australian driver's license and prior sales or customer service experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail
- Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record
- Full working rights in Australia (current and ongoing)
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Car rental experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
- Confident using computer systems and technology
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude!
