Job Summary
Develop regional oncology sales strategies aligned with annual business goals and market plans. Lead a team to achieve company targets by decomposing regional strategies into actionable plans. Conduct market and customer analysis to identify opportunities, while managing financial budgets and resources to ensure compliance. Build strategic alliances with key clients and foster a high-performance team culture focused on scientific excellence and execution. Manage talent development through performance tools to build a robust leadership pipeline.
Required Qualifications
- 统招本科及以上学历，并获得学士及以上学位
- 八年及以上销售工作经验
- 优秀的销售业绩
- 四年及以上的团队管理经验
- 优秀的团队管理能力及资源统筹能力
- 专业的形象展示能力
- 极强的说服沟通说服能力及客户融动能力
- 熟练应用office等办公操作软件
- 在入职60天内申请获得招商银行公务卡
- 试用期内通过中国外商投资企业协会药品研制和开发行业委员会(“RDPAC”) 举办的MRC测试取得不低于80分的成绩
- 按照公司要求完成入职培训、合规培训及考核并达到相关要求
