Job Summary
Perform patient assessments, execute general respiratory care and critical care procedures in adult care areas, conduct blood gas analysis, and manage all equipment while providing patient education. Maintain current certifications in BCLS and ACLS and actively practice required competencies. Requires an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences, previous respiratory care experience, and licensure by the National Board for Respiratory Care and the State of Georgia. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 available. Nights shift at Piedmont Henry Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences
- Previous Working Experience in Respiratory care
- Successful completion of department specific orientation including skills validation of competencies for the duties and responsibilities of this level
- Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care
- Licensed by the State of Georgia under the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners
- Current certifications in BCLS
- Current certifications in ACLS
- Actively practicing and maintaining all required competencies
