Job Summary
The role of RRT involves performing comprehensive respiratory assessments, administering therapies as ordered, and monitoring patient responses to treatment. You will collaborate closely with healthcare teams, perform diagnostic tests, and maintain patient records, all while ensuring safety standards are complied with.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the NBRC
- State licensure as required
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care or specialty areas (Neuro, ICU, NICU, ER preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
