Job Summary
Perform patient assessments, general respiratory care procedures, arterial blood gas punctures, and analysis while maintaining and managing all basic equipment. Provide patient education and conduct CRT, BCLS, and ACLS certifications as required. This role is available on a PRN basis in Buckhead, Georgia, for the Piedmont Medical Care Corporation.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care Sciences
- CRT - Certified Respiratory Therapist Credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) and licensed by the State of Georgia under the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners Upon Hire
- BCLS - Basic Life Support BLS credential
- ACLS within 30 Days
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support PALS within 60 Days
