Job Summary
Perform patient assessments, respiratory care procedures, arterial blood gas punctures, and patient education while maintaining all basic equipment. Requires an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care Sciences and a CRT credential upon hire, with ACLS within 30 days and PALS within 60 days. BCLS is also required upon hire. This role is available on a PRN basis for the RRT position at Piedmont Medical Care Corporation in Buckhead.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care Sciences
- CRT - Certified Respiratory Therapist Credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) and licensed by the State of Georgia under the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners
- BCLS - Basic Life Support BLS credential
- ACLS within 30 Days
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support PALS within 60 Days
