Job Summary
Perform patient assessments, respiratory care procedures, arterial blood gas punctures, and patient education while maintaining and managing all basic equipment. Hold a CRT credential and BLS certification upon hire, with ACLS and PALS required within 30 and 60 days respectively. This part-time role is based in Buckhead, Georgia, for Piedmont Medical Care Corporation.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care Sciences
- CRT - Certified Respiratory Therapist Credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) and licensed by the State of Georgia under the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners
- BCLS - Basic Life Support BLS credential
- ACLS within 30 Days
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support PALS within 60 Days
