Job Summary
Perform patient assessments, respiratory care procedures, arterial blood gas punctures, and patient education while maintaining and managing all basic equipment. Requires an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care Sciences, CRT certification, and BCLS upon hire, with ACLS and PALS credentials needed within 30 and 60 days respectively. This role is a part-time, PRN position at Piedmont Medical Care Corporation in Buckhead, Georgia.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care Sciences
- CRT - Certified Respiratory Therapist Credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) and licensed by the State of Georgia under the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners Upon Hire
- BCLS - Basic Life Support BLS credential
- ACLS within 30 Days
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support PALS within 60 Days
