Job Summary
Perform patient assessments, testing, and education while monitoring compliance with pulmonary and sleep disorder therapies. Execute critical care procedures in adult ICU, medical/surgical, and progressive care units, including intubation and A-line insertion after competency. Manage GE Carescape, Servo, Drager, and HFOV vents; assist with bronchoscopy and perform blood gas analysis. Provide care for NICU patients during deliveries and attend pulmonary function lab testing. Cover South Campus acute care floors, women's center, and behavioral health units. Maintain all respiratory equipment and protocols across diverse settings.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences
- Credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Licensed by the State of Georgia under the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners
- Current certifications in BCLS, ACLS
- Actively practicing and maintaining all required competencies

- One (1) year of experience in performing professional respiratory duties
