Job Summary
Perform patient assessments, testing, and education while monitoring compliance with prescribed therapies for pulmonary diseases and sleep disorders. Maintain RRT certification registered with the National Board for Respiratory Care and hold Georgia state licensure. Complete department-specific orientation and validate competencies for this level. Requires Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences and BCLS certification upon hire. Schedule is PRN.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences
- Previous Working Experience in Respiratory care
- successful completion of department specific orientation including skills validation of competencies for the duties and responsibilities of this level
- RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care and Licensed by the State of Georgia under the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners Upon Hire
- BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire
