Job Summary
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) part-time night shift at Novant Health. Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized respiratory plans of care, and providing care across multiple acute respiratory care locations within the region as part of the Super Pool. Requires completing an education path of (preferably) an associate and/or bachelor's degree, and holding current RCP licensure in the appropriate state. Experience requirement: one year of experience. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, patient-centered care, accountability, and adherence to policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Current RCP licensure in appropriate state
- One year experience (required)
- Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree, Preferred; 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, Preferred
- Licensure/Certification: Current RCP licensure in appropriate state, required
