Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized respiratory plans of care for patients and their support systems across five Novant Health acute respiratory care locations. Collaborate with physicians and team members to promote optimal health or comforting peaceful death while utilizing best scientific evidence and compassion. Accept full responsibility, authority, and accountability for care management in accordance with current policies and procedures. Requires current RCP licensure, one year of experience, and a two-year or four-year degree.
