Job Summary
Perform patient assessments, respiratory care procedures, and critical care protocols in adult and pediatric units, including Level 2 Trauma, 32 adult ICU, 12 CICU, and Level 3 NICU. Conduct blood gas analysis, maintain and manage all equipment, and provide patient education. Work across dayshift, nightshift, and WEO schedules within a Level 2 Trauma Center serving over 25,000 patients annually. Registered Respiratory Therapists with Georgia licensure and current BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required; new graduates are welcome.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences
- Previous working experience or clinical rotations
- Great communication skills
- Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care
- Licensed by the State of Georgia
- Current certifications in BCLS, ACLS, PALS
