Job Summary
Perform patient assessments, respiratory care procedures, and critical care protocols in adult and pediatric units, including Level 2 Trauma Center, 32 adult ICU beds, 12 adult CICU beds, and Level 3 Neonatal ICU. Conduct blood gas analysis, maintain and manage all equipment, and provide patient education. Work nights, dayshift, or WEO schedules supporting over 25,000 annual patients at this Level 2 Trauma Center. Registered Respiratory Therapists with Georgia licensure, current BCLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and an Associates Degree are required. New graduates are welcome.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences
- Previous working experience or clinical rotations
- Great communication skills
- Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care
- Licensed by the State of Georgia
- Current certifications in BCLS, ACLS, PALS
