Job Summary
Perform patient assessments, general and critical care respiratory care procedures, and respiratory care for newborns in Labor and Delivery. Conduct blood gas analysis and interpretation while maintaining and managing equipment. Provide patient and family education in both adult and neonatal areas. Support Level 2 Trauma Center and NICU operations across 427 beds, including 32 adult ICU, 12 adult CICU, and Level 3 Neonatal ICU beds. Manage pediatric care and RT procedures driven by protocols. Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences
- Previous working experience or clinical rotations
- Great communication skills
- Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care
- Licensed by the State of Georgia
- Current certifications in BCLS, ACLS, PALS
