Job Summary
Conduct patient assessments, general and critical care respiratory procedures, and neonatal respiratory care for newborns in Labor and Delivery. Perform blood gas analysis and interpretation while maintaining and managing equipment. Provide patient and family education across adult and neonatal areas. Requires an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences, RRT certification, and BCLS/ACLS upon hire. Includes NRP and PALS certification. Sign on bonus up to $10,000 available.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences
- Previous Working Experience in Neonatal Respiratory care
- RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care and licensed by the State Board of Medical Examiners Upon Hire
- BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire
- ACLS Upon Hire
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation
- skills validation of competencies for the duties and responsibilities of this level
