Job Summary
Lead and transform the global reverse logistics network by optimizing the end-to-end lifecycle of returned products, refurbishment, repair, and remanufacturing. Partner with Customer Support, Quality, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and external 3PL partners to design returns routing, RMA workflows, and inventory disposition, directly reducing processing turnaround times. Own key operational metrics including turnaround time, cost per return, and recovery yield using data-driven analysis to maximize asset recovery and network profitability. Drive cross-functional implementations for returns portals, warehouse management systems, and repair tracking tools to ensure end-to-end tracking and inventory accuracy. Maximize product reuse and waste reduction while ensuring all reverse logistics operations strictly comply with global trade, environmental, and safety regulations.
