Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 5+ yrs. construction/roofing experience
- OSHA 10 and other safety certifications
Desired Qualifications
- Roofing Technology Certificate
- AS/BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- IIBEC Certification: Registered Roof Observer (RRO) and/or ASHRAE Certification
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to travel up to 80-90%
- Heavy physical demands, lifting up to 50-75 lbs daily
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
