Lead HR for the Commerce BU, defining and deploying recruitment policies while managing the full hiring process from need identification to new hire integration. Pilot talent management, career paths, and employer branding initiatives with schools and training partners. Advise managers on daily team operations, collective performance, and skill development while ensuring a positive social climate. Oversee personnel administration, labor compliance, and representation with employee bodies. Develop competency plans, track training progress, and partner with external training organizations. Deploy group HR policies, tools, and processes across France, export, and international entities. Participate in cross-functional projects covering HR development, digitalization, and organizational change. Support HR teams during acquisitions or new international subsidiary openings. Maintain weekly presence at Malataverne for close team support.
