Define and deploy the HR strategy for a new 40-person site in the Grésivaudan valley, coordinating recruitment and integration for 18 new collaborators. Establish the organizational structure, draft HR procedures, and pilot the deployment of the HR Information System. Manage internal communications, oversee social relations between headquarters and the site, and guide business units on HR matters while ensuring compliance with social legislation and company agreements. Requires a Bac +5 degree with 10 years of experience in setting up new industrial sites, strong organizational skills, and autonomy. English proficiency required; medical industry knowledge is a plus.
