Job Summary
Manage RRC operations including home confinement, electronic monitoring, and random urine screenings while ensuring compliance with BOP, ACA, and PREA standards. Oversee PSO staff, conduct facility and vehicle searches, and lead quarterly Community Re-Entry Advisory Board meetings. Assist the Director in disciplinary hearings, case file reviews, and staff training to maintain safety and security. Collaborate with maintenance and food service departments to ensure resource availability. Track outcomes, complete reports, and assist with on-call coverage. Ensure maximum bed space utilization and adherence to strengths-based programming tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social/behavioral science or criminal justice degree
- Two years of work experience in a related field [i.e.; Correctional Management]
- A minimum of two years experience in supervision
- Excellent organizational and Communication skills
- Clean NYS Driver's License
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
