Job Summary
Design, configure, and implement end-to-end sustainment and minor enhancements for Public Portals, the Case Management System, and SharePoint Online, focusing on user access, role-based data control, and document management. Administer cloud-based environments across Development, UAT, and Production while migrating data and integrating with OPS services via Power BI and Microsoft Office 365. Contribute to quality assurance activities, develop design documents for maintenance releases, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for the internal project team. Provide strategic guidance on information technology to meet business objectives and respond to service requests.
Required Qualifications
- More than 7 years of experience with technical hands-on solutions development, configuration
- Experience with MS Dynamics 365 CRM
- Experience with MS Power App Portal
- Experience with MS Power Automate
- Experience with MS Azure Services
- Experience with MS Azure Attachment Storage
- Hands-on experience in designing, developing, integrating and implementation of Azure Storage for Attachment Management with MS Dynamics 365 on cloud
- Hands-on experience in Designing, Configuring and Implementation of Portal Applications, Including experience with User Access and Profile Management
- Hands-on experience in Designing, Configuring and Implementation of Portal Applications, Including experience with Role Based Data Access Control
