Job Summary
Prepare and present analysis to support component design using models to the project team. Participate in focus groups, JAD sessions, SCRUMs, and technical meetings with IT service providers. Provide production support to the SADIE application and review software, hardware, and network requirements. Anticipate and resolve problems to ensure deliverables meet OPS Standards and Templates, while identifying and communicating issues and risks to the DADS IT Project Manager. This 1-year onsite contract at 5700 Yonge Street requires expertise in Java, Spring, Angular, Azure, and FHIR standards for healthcare data exchange.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) or other Cloud Technologies (Openshift, Kubernetes, AWS, etc)
- Experience in one or more programming languages, including but not limited to: Java
- Experience in one or more programming languages, including but not limited to: JavaScript ES6+
- Experience in one or more programming languages, including but not limited to: Spring Framework
- Experience in one or more programming languages, including but not limited to: Quarkus
- Experience in one or more programming languages, including but not limited to: Angular 9+
- Experience in one or more programming languages, including but not limited to: Angular Material
- Experience in one or more programming languages, including but not limited to: Drools
- Experience in one or more programming languages, including but not limited to: TypeScript
- Experience in one or more programming languages, including but not limited to: SQL
- Experience in one or more programming languages, including but not limited to: Node.js

- Knowledge of standards for health care data exchange, in particular Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR
- Experience proactively identifying and communicating potential issues and risk events before they occur so that proper mitigating strategies can be developed, through the DADS SADIE Development Team Lead and/or the DADS IT Project Manager

- Experience in analysis and design (including the use of UML to model solutions), code, test, debug and documenting applications
- Experience in User Interface development with a focus on the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)
- Experience in programmatically assembling PDF and Word Documents. (nice to have)
